  1. How do I become a Lakeview Perks Member?

    There are two convenient ways join:

    • Simply complete the On-line Application Form. Immediately after you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation and instant full access. Your permanent membership card will follow in the mail.

    • Complete a manual application form at any Lakeview Inns & Suites/Resort hotel. Hand-deliver the completed form to any Front Desk Guest Service Agent. We’ll process it immediately.

  2. How long does it take to receive my membership card?

    You will receive your membership card in two to three weeks, allowing for normal processing and mailing. It will be mailed to the address you provide on the application form.

  3. How do I earn Lakeview Perks points?

    For every pre-tax dollar you spend on accommodations at Lakeview Inns & Suites/Resort hotels, you earn 10 Lakeview Perks Points that you can redeem for some great perks!

  4. Do my points expire?

    No, your Lakeview Perks Points will not expire. Please note, however, that gift certificates issued through the Lakeview Perks program may have an expiry date of one year from the date issued.

  5. Do Lakeview Perks Gift Certificates expire?

    Gift certificates issued through the Lakeview Perks program may have an expiry date of one year from the date issued. Please be sure to check your certificates when you receive them.

  6. Can I give my points or rewards to someone else?

    At this time, points are non-transferable from one Lakeview Perks membership to another. You do have the option, however, to redeem your points for certificates that you can use for yourself or as a gift for someone special.

  7. How will you use my personal information?

    The information you provided will be used only for promotional programs and to improve services at Lakeview Inns & Suites/Resorts. Lakeview Perks member information will be made available only to Lakeview Inns & Suites/Resorts and its published partners and affiliates, and to companies contracted for the purposes of program administration. These companies are bound by confidentiality agreements.

  8. How do I get credit for a missing stay?

    You can contact us within three months of the date in question. Send your claim by email to: info@lakeviewperks.com, or by mail to:

    You may be requested to supply proof of purchase to support your claim.

  9. Can I change my login and password information?

    Yes, at any time you may log in to your account to change your login and password information. Forgot your login and password information? Click here and we will email you a reminder.

  10. How do I update my personal account information?

    To update your personal account information (for example: address) simply log in to your account and go to the "My Information" tab.

  11. How do I keep track of my account?

    You may log in to check your point balance and review your account activity anytime. Please note that recent transactions may take up to 24 hours to display on your account.

  12. Do Lakeview Perks gift certificates have a cash value?

    Gift Certificates issued as part of the Lakeview Perks Program do not have a cash value unless otherwise noted on the certificate.

  13. How long will it take to receive my reward?

    It will take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery when you redeem your points for a Lakeview Perks Gift Certificate. For merchandise, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

    Note: From time to time, some merchandise items may be temporarily out-of-stock or no longer available. If this occurs after you place an order, Lakeview Perks will contact you and credit the appropriate points back to your account.

  14. How long can I can stay at a participating hotel when I use Lakeview Perks free night certificates or instant point redemption?

    When you use Lakeview Perks free night stay certificates or the instant point redemption option at participating locations, you can stay a maximum of 3 consecutive nights in any one location on availability, unless otherwise specified as a package reward under this program.
